Mr. Krahulik graduated from Siena College in 1987, cum laude, obtaining a B.B.A. in accounting. He attended Albany Law School of Union University and graduated, cum laude, obtaining a juris doctor in law and served as an editor of the Albany Law Review. While at Albany Law School, he served as the Research & Writing assistant to Prof. Harold Dubroff in the area of estate planning and wealth transmission.

Mr. Krahulik began his career as associate attorney with the New York firm of Cahill, Gordon & Reindel in corporate and securities law before joining his father's practice, Beattie & Krahulik, in 1991. He has served as the Village Attorney, Planning Board Attorney or Attorney for the Zoning Board of Appeal for the Village of Greenwood Lake, Town of Chester, City of Port Jervis, Town of Mamakating, Town of Wawayanda and the Village of Liberty and Town of Monroe. He is local counsel to WVT Communications, St. Anthony Community Hospital, Community Hospital in Port Jervis, and Watchtower, Inc. He served as General Counsel of Warwick Community Bancorp and its subsidiaries, The Warwick Savings Bank and the Towne Center Bank.

He has extensive experience with residential and commercial real estate including acquisition and finance, land development, 1031 land exchanges, low income and affordable housing, and land use and zoning. He regularly appears before local planning and zoning boards. Mr. Krahulik has served as a member of the Title and Transfer Committee of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association for nearly 20 years and formerly served on the Banking Regulation Committee and Real Estate and Mortgage Committee of the Community Bankers Association of New York State. He formerly served as a Director of the Hudson Valley Mortgage Bankers Association. He represents the Town of Warwick, Town of Chester and Town of Monroe in their tax certiorari proceedings.

Mr. Krahulik serves as Trustee of SUNY Orange/OCCC, and has served as the President and Board Member of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce, Trustee, Secretary and Treasurer of the Orange County Citizen's Foundation, Trustee of Orange County United Way, Chairman of the Orange County Municipal Park Advisory Committee, and Director of Winslow Therapeutic Riding Center. He is the Chairman of the Orange County Republican Committee.

He is the host of "The Lawyer Guy," a weekly legal radio talk show on WTBQ, and appears regularly as a legal expert on "The Steve Neuhaus Show" and "Frank Truatt Morning Show."

He is a triathlete, ski race coach, competitive one design sailor and golfer.
